Cruise Ship E-bike Hire

That I am competent to safely ride the hired bicycle and will observe safe riding practices and obey the law, I will always wear a bicycle helmet.

That bicycling is inherently dangerous, presenting several risks, such as the risk of falling, colliding with other riders, encountering hidden obstacles or varying terrain, or the risk of injury from failure of the bicycle or any of its components.

That I freely and expressly accept all risks associated with bicycling during the term of the hire, including all risks of injury or death.

That the hired bicycle must be used in the range of intended use of the bicycle i.e., road and cross-country riding - NO stunt riding.

The hired bicycle is returned in the same condition that it was sent out in, or Point E-bikes has the right to charge for lost property or damage done to the hired bicycle during its time out of my possession.

The hired bicycle must be returned at the agreed time. We reserve the right to charge for time in excess of the agreed return time.

That I am responsible for safely securing and looking after any hired bicycles on a private or hired e-bike approved bike rack. I take full responsibility for any damage or loss of equipment while using any bike rack.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings are non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of date of booking unless if it caused by a severe weather event in which case a 20% booking fee will be charged or your booking can be transferred to another date within 12 months.
